Once your sales associates have had a training webinar with us on how to use the system the individual and the manager will receive weekly progress reports. A personalized screen shot of the opportunities and contacts that they have put into the system with notes and comments of the points they did correctly as well as areas they could improve.
We realize that many times when a new process is introduced it is all the rave, but then slowly begins to fade. To ensure this does not happen for our clients, we send out weekly progress reports for the first month. For the second month bi-weekly reports are given and from the third month forward monthly reports are sent.
